Chart Industries

Chart Industries is a leader in manufacturing cryogenic equipment, which hold medical grade and industrial gases. Chart came to us in 2006 to assist in not only their printing but their design needs & project management as well.

Their CAIRE Biomedical division utilizes a variety of parts to complete all manufacturing orders, and their printed brochures are a “part” just as every other item is. They have various operating segments, which needed a variety of services from Blue Moon.

Blue Moon Printing stepped in to help Chart Industries accomplish a number of projects, the first test -- a large task of firsts editing & re-designing 3 users manuals for their Biomedical division and acting as the project manager with a translation service to translate these 3 manuals into 14 different languages. With tight deadlines and over 61 total books – quality control was paramount.

After completing the translation project, Blue Moon has continued their partnership with Chart Industries and their Caire Biomedical division by handling the printing and fulfillment of these user manuals. Their purchasing agents are able to request printed materials on a just-in-time inventory strategy to cut down on waste & storage, and to better provide the materials needed to meet their manufacturing schedules.

Today, Blue Moon Printing handles a wide variety of projects for Chart Industries – thanks to our stringent quality control, excellent customer service, and quick project management to turn around hi priority jobs. Print and fulfillment is an ongoing process for their many instruction sheets & users manuals. In addition there are on going design needs for custom labels, die cut repair tags and additional translation services of new or revised materials. Blue Moon does not stop there. We produce the banners and booth panels for their trade shows and exhibits along with promotional materials such as pens & sticky note pads for giveaways. We print high volume; full color printed sales brochures & booklets for the marketing & sales staff, and even embroidered dress shirts and polos for their sales staff.
