AMLI Residential is a corporation that buys, builds and manages residential apartment communitiess across the US in major metro areas such as Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle and Southern California.

With their ever changing portfolio of communities, AMLI needed a stable and central printer who could not only accommodate their printing needs, but one who quickly adapts to new properties and could manage fulfillment on projects for 60 - 75 different locations.

Streamlining operations with a standard platform of documentation is vital for AMLI Residential. With their corporate office located in Chicago, IL and regional offices throughout the US, AMLI relies on Blue Moon in many ways. Blue Moon has:

  • Created a custom online order site for each property at its launch with stationary items unique to its own location, as well as a site for the corporate and regional offices. See sample
  • Manage an assortment of forms, from Rental Applications & Guest Surveys to Maintenance requests where the corporate office orders a bulk amount for printing and Blue Moon ships to each property as they make requests via phone, email or via their online order site.
  • Handles all aspects of procurement and fulfillment of corporate designated promotional materials utilized for marketing and guest appreciation
  • Works with individual property locations and/or regional offices for special events and functions, which need specific printing, or theme related materials such as screen-printed t-shirts.
